What is agency support service fee?
Our agency has the right to charge a non-refundable service fee of max EUR 35, - per ticket for the consulting support services concerning the voluntary cancellation/refund or exchange/reissue of your flight tickets.
Our agency may charge a separate fee of EUR 5, - per passenger per request for additional consulting and support services for subsequent corrections of entries regarding your travel ID upon your request.

4. Citizenship
These fees do not apply to data alteration requests for children under the age of 24 months.
