Compensation and reimbursement assistance services

When available, AirHelp Plus will help you collect the following from the airline(s):
  • Flight compensation service: up to 600 € for flight delays, cancellations and overbookings.
  • Cost reimbursement service: up to 6,000 € for extra costs caused by a delay, including lost baggage and missed reservations (hotels, flights, etc).
Amounts will vary according to the terms and conditions of the respective carrier(s), applicable laws and regulations, and the validity of your claim.

How it works?
  1. Please select AirHelp Plus on Supplementary Services page.
  2. The service will be added for all flights and all passengers during booking.
  3. The total cost of AirHelp service will be shown in the cost calculation.
  4. Before payment, please read the Terms and Conditions for rendering AirHelp service.
  5. After payment, you will receive an email confirming your order and a link to activate your account at AirHelp
When your flight is affected by a known issue, AirHelp will contact you to begin the process for your claim.
The time it takes to receive payment varies according to the airline. Payment is not guaranteed. This is only a support service and not an insurance product.
How to make a claim?
  1. Make sure that you keep all documentation provided to you by the airline.
  2. Follow the instructions in the automated email from AirHelp to begin the process of your claim.
  3. AirHelp will deal with the airline on your behalf.
  4. Available payment methods include bank transfer, cheque and PayPal.
