Flexible Ticket

If you’re unsure about your plans or want extra peace of mind in case of unexpected circumstances, we recommend selecting the Flexible Ticket when booking.
This option allows you to change your flight date or time without paying a service fee – you’ll only need to cover the fare difference and the airline’s fee. If fares remain the same, we’ll change your flight date for free.

We want to make your trip happen. That’s why we offer a one-time free rescheduling within 365 days from the original departure date – for a one-way trip, a return flight, or all flights in your booking.
Important: you must submit a date change request at least 24 hours before departure.

How to use the service?

  1. When booking your tickets, select the Flexible Ticket option. The service applies to all passengers in the booking.
  2. If you need to change your flight date or time, log in to your account.
  3. Find your booking, select the flight you want to change, enter the new departure date or time, and submit your request.
  4. Once you receive a cost calculation, confirm the changes or pay the fare difference.
If ticket changes aren’t possible, we’ll book a new ticket for you (subject to seat availability). Additional charges may apply due to fare differences or the absence of special discounts (promotions, child fares, etc.).

Flexible Ticket Conditions

  • Available only at the time of booking.
  • You can only change the flight date or time – airline, departure/arrival airports, passenger details, and travel class cannot be changed.
  • The service can be used once per booking. If you need to reschedule again, submit a new request in your account. We will check whether changes are allowed under your ticket’s fare rules and calculate the cost, including a service fee.
  • The new flight schedule must not result in a stopover, which is a layover of 24 hours or more between flights.
  • Requests for date changes can only be made through your personal account.
  • If tickets are canceled, the cost of the Flexible Ticket service is non-refundable.
  • A flexible ticket is an additional service provided solely by Kissandfly.at.
