Airline companies offer additional in-flight services at the advance request of the passenger.

Additional services offered by the airlines may include:

• airplane baby bassinet
• special in-flight meal
• meeting at the airport and assistance in boarding and alighting
• flight of unaccompanied child
• additional seat
• other services.

If you need any of these services, please contact our Customer Care Service between booking and paying for the ticket. We will send the request to the airline company and let you know if the airline company can provide you the service.
